Refund policy

RETURNS

Orders are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or wrong item(s) delivered. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at sales@nagare.com.sg within a week if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

 

EXCHANGES

Orders are eligible for exchange should you find that the item is not suitable for you. Reach out to us at sales@nagare.com.sg within a week and we can assist with the exchange. Ensure that item is undamaged, unused and in its original condition and packaging.

 

WARRANTY

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Nagare is 90 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty coverage includes:
- Manufacturing defects
- Water Pump
- Water Proofed LED Light

Excludes:
- Damage of a product resulting from negligence
- Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
